Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• Canada: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom and Europe: 10–21 business days
• Australia and New Zealand: 14–21 business days
• Rest of World: 14–30 business days

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@deadseatreasures.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@deadseatreasures.com before the order ships.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November–January), processing times may be extended by 1–3 additional business days. We recommend ordering early.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited shipments, or to countries subject to international trade sanctions.
